Shipping And Handling Australian customers are generally delivered via Australia Post at a flat rate of $17 Australia wide for a single cover, or slightly more for larger orders. Local Perth based customers are charged $12 or are welcome to pick up if convenient.
International customers will be contacted to arrange the best shipping method. You are not charged until costs are confirmed.
In some cases, particularly large orders Fastway courier service may be an option. This will be quoted on before order is processed.
Delivery Schedule
All orders are processed within 24 hours on working days (Monday-Friday). You will receive a personal confirmation email of your order from one of our staff members.
As all our covers are custom manufactured to exactly suit your tyre please allow up to 10 working days for manufacture.
Delivery time is different for each individual state and area in Australia and also can vary greatly for different countries. Estimated times are shown at checkout, but estimations are shown as a guide only and in some cases may be incorrect. All parcels are registered which allows us to track your order to some extent. If there is going to be any delay longer than the stated dispatch time then we will contact you or if you have concerns over your package not arriving please contact us and we will follow up the delivery.

You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
You agree that delivery and postage is provided by a third party, not affiliated or associated with Rusty Gate Design + Print, and any disruptions or damages in delivery will need to be processed through the service provider. This is generally processed by us, but in some cases may need you as the purchaser to liase with the service provider for resolution.
Returns Policy
You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 1 working day for a full refund, excluding the cost of delivery. Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you and order details. Your refund will be paid within 30 days. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.
It is important that you give us the correct tyre codes and details as no refunds are given for incorrect details given on the tyre sizes. As we custom make each cover to suit your specific size we cannot re-do covers if incorrect details are given. If a cover does not fit due to a fault from us we will happily re-do and replace the cover.
Any goods returned should be in a condition in which they were received, if not then no refund will be issued.
These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.
None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder. |
